Let's talk about The Reuben. Some places buy ready cooked, pre sliced deli meat — and that's fine, but it's not great. Instead, we slow roast corned beef brisket until tender, trim and slice by hand, and pile it high on marble rye bread with 1000 island dressing, swiss cheese and tangy kraut. It's a menu staple that we just can't take off, and we hope you enjoy one for lunch (or dinner) soon.
