Status update: it's pretty nice out here. Our kitchen's open on weekends till 11 and bar till later. FYI – We're closed on Monday for the holiday. We'll be back at it again at 4pm on Tuesday for $4 tacos and $20 carafes of all juice margs. We hope you have a relaxing weekend – don't overdo it on the yardwork, ok? You deserve a day off.

Ready for a long weekend? Us too! We restocked on fresh scallops and sweet corn risotto today, plus pan fried bluegill, Mermaid Water cocktails, and we just tapped our new collaboration beer with @pigmindsbrewingco called OSB, an English style golden pub ale, perfect with our fish n chips. The patio's open for brunch and dinner on Saturday so come join us for prime rib and late night snacks till 11 on the weekends.

The weekend is finally here and we are READY for it. We've got some great features for you this weekend: burrata with tomato salad, fried cod, bluegill or shrimp for.our #fridayfishfry options, raw oysters, and we smoked off another 4 full briskets on our @recteq_official smoker. Don't skip our bartenders' #MermaidWater we're mixing up in celebration of this Saturday's #FlowerFest in the #RockfordNorthEnd. We'll have North End totebags and coffee mugs for sale on Saturday along with brunchy features and loaded bloodies till 4 — then we'll start carving Prime Rib and mixing up brandy OFs for our Supper Club Saturday specials. Our kitchen crew really knocked it out with this week's features: Pan Seared Scallops over sweet corn risotto with asparagus, BBQ Brisket Plate with baked beans, jalapeno cheddar cornbread and honey butter, our always awesome #Fridayfishfry (bluegill / cod / shrimp), Burrata with marinated cherry tomatoes and basil, and don't miss our bartenders' Spicy Watermelon martinis with @stgeorgespirits Chile Vodka. Tomorrow we're up bright and early (well, if noon is early) with brunch specials, mimosas and deluxe loaded bloodies, and then we carve up Prime Rib at 4pm. Kitchen rocks till 11 on the weekends so we hope to see you soon. ️
