Hey everyone – we're back! We missed you and cannot wait to see you. It'll be a little bit of a learning curve as we get back into a regular schedule, so please note the following important info: –This week we'll be open Wednesday-Friday 4pm-9pm for outdoor dining and carryout, plus Saturday we'll be open from 12pm-9pm for brunch AND dinner service. If all goes well, we'll expand those hours next week. –Our seating has been limited by the health department, so we are NOT accepting reservations at this time — just walk up to our host station at the patio entrance and we'll get you a table. If you need to wait, we'll ask you to either take a walk around the beautiful Edgewater neighborhood or wait in your car until we text you that your table is ready.–If you're picking up a carryout order, please enter the lot via Main St and head north along our alleyway. Park opposite our kitchen entrance and we'll bring your food right out. Our menu is on our website at https://theolympictavern.com/ Yes, you can prepay over the phone for touchless pickup — ring us at 815.962.8758.–Wear a mask when not at your table. Feel free to take it off when dining with your family / friends, but masks must be worn in common areas, using the restroom, etc.–Allow ~60 minutes hour for your visit — normally, we’d love to have you sit around with us for hours, but for now, we need to turn tables quickly.–Do not move tables or chairs. Our current table layout has been approved by health dept and we are not allowed to push tables together to make parties larger than 6. –Please no pets on the patio. Pints for Pups will be back soon but for now, please leave Fido at home.–No smoking – our outdoor seating area is smoke free, but we have designated smoking areas near the Main St and Fulton entrances.–Guests who do not follow our guidelines will be asked to leave. With all these new restrictions, we're bound to have some hiccups, so please be patient with our staff — if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to email me directly at [email protected]. Cheers! The Olympic Tavern Crew
