It seems as if the entire Rockford news cycle has revolved around fried chicken this week, so we figured there's no better opportunity to show off our new & improved chicken tenders. We've always hand-breaded our tenders, but we think the new recipe is better than ever; jumbo all-natural tenderloins marinated overnight, then batter dipped and flour dredged, meaning you get a crispier, juicier, bigger tender — stop in and try 'em plain or tossed in any of our wing sauces & rubs. Fresh walleye just arrived for our Fish Fry, brunch menu & mimosas Saturday noon-4, then Rockford's best Prime Rib starts carving at 4pm every Saturday. And since we figured this weekend a few of you might have the late night munchies, we brought 420 Fries back too. Kitchen till 11, bar till later on the weekends.
