It's #supperclubsaturday and we're prepping more Maple Whiskey Glazed Chops and our awesome Prime Rib for dinner tonight, and the bar is even busting out the blenders to make some delicious Grasshoppers for dessert!And since it's #mexicanindependenceday we've got a few extra features like Aguachile (a spicy green shrimp ceviche), Posole Verde and Quesabirria Tacos. This sandwich is pretty much the reason why we plant our own garden every year. The Dad's Sunset and Yellow Pineapple tomatoes we got from @bakercreekseeds are better than anything we can buy from a vendor. On the vine this morning, in your sandwich now. Even our dishwasher Ben, who claims to not like raw tomatoes, demolished this BLT with roasted garlic mayo. Look for our own homegrown tomatoes, carrots and peppers on the menu for the next few weeks! Last week, temps were 105⁰. This week, the cooler weather arrived and you guys are absolutely demolishing our soup supplies. No worries – we'll make more! Loaded baked potato, French Onion and our Beef & Bison Chili are always on our menu. Plus Thursday is #steaknight, so take $5 off all our steaks and bottles of house wine. FYI all the tomatoes in our burrata dish are direct from our own garden to your plate — doesn't get much more local than that.
