Our kitchen crew really knocked it out with this week's features: Pan Seared Scallops over sweet corn risotto with asparagus, BBQ Brisket Plate with baked beans, jalapeno cheddar cornbread and honey butter, our always awesome #Fridayfishfry (bluegill / cod / shrimp), Burrata with marinated cherry tomatoes and basil, and don't miss our bartenders' Spicy Watermelon martinis with @stgeorgespirits Chile Vodka. Tomorrow we're up bright and early (well, if noon is early) with brunch specials, mimosas and deluxe loaded bloodies, and then we carve up Prime Rib at 4pm.
