Did you know that we keep a garden just down the street where we grow our own herbs, tomatoes, peppers and more? A few years back we tackled this project with @barelli_familyfarms_ and now the garden is really kicking into high gear, giving us tons of beautiful homegrown tomatoes for our caprese salad, peppers for our chimichurri sauce, and multicolored heirloom carrots to roast off as a side dish for your entree — we even added a few beehives this year! So, stop in and try our Flatiron Steak special this weekend or keep an eye our our daily features for more "fresh from the garden" features as we step up the harvest over the next few weeks. And don't forget — late night is back Fri & Sat, kitchen rocks till 11pm with several $5 late night munchie features! Tuesday Taplist Update: spotlight on @krombacher Pilsner. Very few imports make it to our draft lines — we prefer to buy local/American whenever possible — but Krombacher doesn't pasteurize their kegs (like most import brands do before shipping overseas) and we were amazed by the freshness and crisp flavor in this German pilsner. Super delicious and thirst quenching, served in the proper glassware of course.Other beers you shouldn't miss:@hubbards_cave French Toast – imperial stout with cinnamon, maple syrup, vanilla & lactose. @lulzseltzer Pink Lemonade – the familiar summertime pink lemonade in seltzer form — $5 pints all summer!@eagleparkbrewing Set List IPA — hazy IPA brewed fresh by our friends just north of the cheddar curtain. Vegetarian brunch sliders (@beyondmeat breakfast sausage, scrambled 🥚, American 🧀, on homemade buttermilk 🥞 with fries) bloodies, mimosas and beermosas till 4. Then we start carving prime rib, muddling up Wisconsin brandy old fashioneds and pouring beer flights till late night! Kitchen rocks till 11 with pizza, wings, apps, and several $5 late night ONLY snacks like individual nachos, loaded cheese fries and more. Our kitchen crew really knocked it out with our weekend BBQ feature — 22 hour smoked pork shoulder, peach IPA BBQ sauce, slaw, jalapeno beans and pickley potato salad. Our new late night menu has all your snacky favorites (dill pickle pizza, curds, nachos) available till 11pm Fri & Sat. And join us for brunch tomorrow morning from 12p-4p! Breakfast burgers, mimosas and plenty of peach white sangria. Then at 4pm we go supper club style with prime rib and brandy old fashioned. Enjoy on the patio or inside in the AC. #WingWednesday is also $9 flight night at #olympictavern — this week it's all our homemade draft cocktails plus a cider (yep, it's a #glutenfree flight). Wings are $1.25 each on Wed too — we suggest you stay away from the "scorpion honey" flavor unless you're very brave, or don't mind sweating profusely. Our peach sangria continues to flow, and the heirloom caprese is filled with tomatoes from our own garden just down the street. More features from our garden coming tomorrow.
